Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a process of preparing the body for Yoga, or Union.

The word “ha” means sun, “ta” means moon. “Hatha” means the Yoga to bring balance between the sun and the moon in you, or the  masculine and the feminine in you.  Hatha Yoga prepares the body for a higher possibility through physical postures, breathing practices, and concentration of the mind.

Suitable for everybody, all levels of experience.

Yin Yoga

Through stillness and long held postures, Yin Yoga intensionally stresses the deep connective tissue of the body including fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones.

The release of tension, anxiety, pain, and accumulated stress come along with the ability to witness uncomfortable, often long held beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations as they arise.

Suitable for everybody, all levels of experience.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a passive form of floor based postures which utilizes many soft props like cushions, blankets, sandbags, and eye pillows to support the body in releasing mind/body tension.

Poses are held from 3-10 minutes to allow for deep surrender of stress, and nervous system regulation.

Suitable for everybody, all levels of experience.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is characterized by the smooth transition between the postures of a sequence using the breath.

We offer Slow Flow and Dynamic Flow classes for times when more movement is desired.

Some experience with postures is preferable.
